Julian Beaumont found the START QUT program to be a great stepping stone into university.real experiences

I chose to study at QUT as I had a great opportunity to experience university while I was still at school in Year 12. The START QUT program definitely helped me with the transition from school to full-time university.

Responsibilities and support

The decision to undertake university level studies on top of completing Year 12 should not be taken lightly. In order for students to succeed there needs to be a partnership between the University, the school, the student and their parents/guardians to provide support to that student. The student also has responsibilities that they need to uphold as part of their participation in the program.

The Partnership agreement document outlines what the responsibilities are for each of the parties involved.
